Denbigh Gospel Extravaganza!

On Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, Hi-Pro will host the Denbigh Gospel Extravaganza at the Denbigh Agricultural Showground in May Pen, Jamaica. This family-friendly event will charge adults JMD $1,500 and children JMD $600 at the door, starting at 6 PM.

There will be performances by gospel heavyweights George Nooks, Sista Patt, and Carlene Davis, along with Carey Sayles, Jodian Pantry, Levy’s Heritage, Orville Sutherland, and The Right Band.

This evening of faith, family, and fellowship will be hosted by Tommy Cowan, with a brief sermon delivered by Rev. Steve Hepburn.

Catch R&B Star Joe In Harare On Aug. 12th

On August 12th, 2025, American R&B star Joe Thomas, known mononymously as Joe, will perform at the Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare, Zimbabwe. The show, which will commence at 4:00 PM, promises to be an unforgettable evening of soulful music and timeless hits.

Ginjah To Headline Culture Festival In Maine

Reggae recording artist Ginjah, who is affectionately referred to as The Reggae Soulman, has been confirmed as the headlining act for the upcoming Culture Reggae Festival taking place on Saturday, August 2nd, at the Worumbo Riverfront Event Center (1 Canal Street) in Lisbon Falls, Maine.

The 40th Stellar Gospel Music Awards

The Stellar Gospel Music Awards is set to celebrate its 40th year at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 16, 2025. Honoring the year’s best and brightest in gospel music, the awards ceremony will be hosted by GRAMMY Award-winning duo BeBe and CeCe Winans.

Nineteen-time Stellar Award winner Pastor Mike Jr. and Stellar Award winner Jason Nelson lead the field of nominees this year with nine nominations each, both landing top nominations in the key categories Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year (Nelson’s You Belong: Live in Durham and Mike Jr.’s I Got Away EP).
