Steve Knight Returns!

Reggae recording artist Steve Knight, who rose to prominence in the late 1980s with hits like “Down in Jamaica,” “New Girl Fe Love,” etc., is back! The singer has just released a brand new twelve-track album on his Haul N Pull Up record label. It went live on streaming platforms on February 1st, 2025, and because it’s his first full-length studio LP in 25 years, it is capturing the attention of key music insiders.

The project is called “Steve Knight Returns.” According to Steve“Music is in my soul—it never leaves you. After years of life experiences, I felt it was time to share my journey through music again.” He goes on to say, “I’ve grown, both as a man and an artist. My sound is richer, my lyrics are deeper, and my perspective on life and love has matured.”

Musicians who worked on the record are O’Niel ‘Drummy’ Fuller (drums), Osbourne ‘Ifield’ Joseph (guitar & keys), and Danny ‘Axeman’ Thompson (bass). Tracks 1 and 2—“Marry You” and “Over and Over”—have already been released as singles with official music videos on Steve Knights‘ YouTube channel

The consensus from everyone who has heard this LP is that “Steve Knight Returns” is a mellow, dulcet body of work that will undoubtedly be welcomed by Steve Knight fans and reggae lovers as a whole. The album is available for download on Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, Deezer, etc.
