Bounty Killer Will Be Back In The United Kingdom This November

UK-based fans and supporters of dancehall legend Bounty Killer are psyched after learning that the deejay will be doing two major shows in Britain this November.

The first is the Legends of Legends concert happening at the OVO Arena in Wembley on Sunday, November 17, which will be jointly headlined by both Beenie Man and Baby Cham. A few days later, on Sunday, November 24, Bounty will perform at the Forum (52-54 Dale End) in Birmingham. Here he will be supported by his longtime friend and colleague Richie Stephens, as well as emerging artist Wilful Skilful.

With his ongoing weekly commitments here at home (Jamaica) plus his overseas engagements, it goes without saying that Bounty maintains a busy schedule. Keep in mind that in addition to his public appearances, he continues to record and release new music. As a matter of fact, one of his recent releases, Ball A Roll, produced by Pandemic Records & Ent. LLC, is now trending, and depending on how big it gets, it may further exacerbate his already pressed agenda.

Dollarman Releases New Reggae Single “So Tired”

Recording artist Dollarman has finally released the follow-up to his trending single We Belong. The new record, titled So Tired, is an inspirational reggae song that, according to Dollarman, was written “to provide the words needed to assist people who can’t seem to find a way to stand up to whatever is forcing them to sit down.”

Shared on September 2nd, it was produced by Bernard Joseph, affectionately referred to as IOBI, and Dollarman for 420 Records and Dollarman‘s own imprint with the same name. This is the team that gave us We Belong. Although two versions of the track were released, selectors who have already been serviced have gravitated towards the more heavy-bass dub mix.

Though recorded in New York, where Dollarman is based, the backing vocals for So Tired were done in Miami by Naomi Trench (also known as Makedah). It was mixed in Jamaica by legendary record producer and sound engineer Karl Pitterson, who started out in the 1970s working at Studio One, Treasure Isle, Dynamics, etc. with the likes of Peter Tosh, Steele Pulse, Bob Marley, and others.

When asked what he would like listeners to take away from So TiredDollarman simply said, “When people listen to “So Tired,” I will like them to feel self-empowered. Motivated to stand up for themselves.” He also added the following: “I would like to mention to other artists that music without a message is no music at all. Let’s be responsible for what our younger ones listen to.”

So Tired is available on Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Pandora, and YouTube Music.
