Romeo K & The Mystik Warriors Celebrate Album Release with Droop Lion and Mad Professor in Paris

Romeo K & The Mystik Warriors will host the official release concert for their new album “Victory History” on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at La Bellevilloise, located at 19-21 rue Boyer in Paris, France.

Released on October 31, 2025, through Ariwa, and Nile River Music, and distributed by Baco Music, “Victory History” is available in digital, CD, and vinyl formats. The project delivers a collection of tracks that pay homage to the roots of reggae while offering a universal message of resilience and triumph.

Adding to the night’s excitement, the release concert will feature special guest appearances from acclaimed reggae artist Droop Lion, and dub music producer, engineer, and remixer Mad Professor.

The Stars Align for “Legends Are Forever” at Summerfield Community Centre

The fire will blaze high in Clarendon on Saturday, November 29, 2025, when reggae icon Capleton leads an all-star lineup for the “Legends Are Forever” Conscious Birthday Celebration. The event, held in association with White Tail, Aesha, Cuta, Staford, and Sanches, will be a star-studded stage show and dance.

Performing alongside Capleton will be an impressive roster of reggae and dancehall legends, including Tony Rebel, Admiral Tibet, Lutan Fyah, Junior Reid, Junior Cat, Errol Dunkley, Little John, Nitty Kutchie, Mikey General, Peter Metro, Lucan I, Leego, Natty King, Vania Colours, April May, Military Man, Jah Thunder, and Initial T. Music will be provided by Stone Love, while Little Richie from Rich Squad will also make a special appearance.

The celebration takes place at the Summerfield Community Centre and includes a cookout and kids fun day featuring 6-a-side football from 10 AM to 4 PM, with gates closing at 4 PM. Admission is $3,000 for regular entrance and $5,000 for VIP.

Part proceeds from the event will benefit Red Hills Primary School and Crooked River All Age School. Patrons are reminded that the event maintains a strictly no vending policy.

Kenyatta Hill Joins the Kumingoli Island Bash Lineup

Sound System Club and Sound Addicts Live have teamed up to launch the Kumingoli Island Bash, a five-day music and culture festival set for August 4th–8th, 2026, in Cape Maclear, Malawi. The event promises a mix of reggae, island life, and adventure, drawing fans from across the region and beyond.

Among the first artists confirmed is Andrew Tosh, who will take the stage on August 7th. Now, organizers have announced another major addition: Kenyatta Hill, son of the late Joseph Hill, the iconic frontman of the Jamaican vocal trio CultureJoseph Hill passed away while on tour in 2006, but Kenyatta has carried on his father’s musical legacy ever since, blending roots reggae with touches of dancehall energy.

Performing as Culturefeaturing Kenyatta Hill, the artist continues to share the wisdom and conscious spirit of his father’s music while infusing it with his own modern flair. His performance is set for Saturday, August 8th.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised partly in Clarendon, Pinnacle has long been known for his smooth vocal delivery and soulful approach to lovers-rock reggae. Now based in South Florida, he continues to uphold his roots while embracing contemporary reggae sounds.
