Join Shirley Jones At Atlanta City Winery On Dec. 15th

Shirley Jones, formerly of the trio The Jones Girls, will perform at Atlanta City Winery’s Holiday Brunch on Sunday, December 15, at 12:00 p.m. local time. 

After The Jones Girls disbanded in the mid-1980s, Shirley went on to have a successful solo career. She was offered a contract with Philadelphia International Records and subsequently released the hit single, “Do You Get Enough Love.” The song spent 20 weeks on Billboard’s R&B chart and was followed by a full-length album, “Always In the Mood,” which peaked at No. 8 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart.

Kendrick Lamar & SZA Share “Grand National Tour” Dates

Following their recent collaborations on the tracks “Luther” and “Gloria,” which are both featured on Kendrick Lamar‘s GNX album, he and SZA have announced a series of joint concerts for 2025. Dubbed the “Grand National Tour,” it will run from April through to June. See dates and locations below.

Dionne Warwick Has Back-To-Back Shows At Blue Note Hawaii Next Week

On Monday, December 2nd, and Tuesday, December 3rd, KSSK-FM, Hawaii’s adult contemporary radio station, will present Dionne Warwick live in concert at Blue Note (2335 Kalakaua Avenue) in Honolulu.

Few artists have accomplished what Dionne Warwick has. She’s dominated charts across the world, received five GRAMMY® Awards, and sold over 25 million records. With the help of song-writing partners Burt Bacharach and Hal David, Warwick ranks second only to Aretha Franklin as the most charted female vocalist in history.

The Millennium Tour Will Return In 2025

Black Promoters Collective, the organization behind The Millennium Tour, has announced that the event will be returning in 2025 and will run from early March through to the end of April. 

The headlining acts are Trey Songz, Omarion, and Bow Wow, with supporting artists Plies, Boosie, Ying Yang Twins, Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V, Pleasure P, and Nivea. Sunshine Anderson, CL Smooth & Others For “All Black Affair” Concert In White Plains

The ultimate All Black Affair concert will be on Friday, November 29 at The Coliseum (15 South Broadway) in White Plains, New York. It will start at 9:00 p.m. with a live show at 11:00 p.m. sharp.

Confirmed performers include Sunshine Anderson, CL Smooth, G Dep, Peter Gunz, Will Traxx, and MC Craig G. Additional music will be provided by DJ Tri-State Jericko, DJ Kool-Aid, DJ D Lyfe, and Miracle Kid. Early bird tickets are now being sold for US$50.00; it will be more at the door.

The ‘R&B Vibe Tour’ Stops In Indianapolis This Saturday

Rhythm-and-blues legends Tyrese and Monica will be headlining the R&B Vibe Tour at Gainbridge Fieldhouse (125 S. Pennsylvania Street) in Indianapolis, Indiana, this Saturday, November 23rd. The lineup, which is subject to change, will also feature 112, Silk, and Dru Hill.
