Jamaica Family Fest

Jamaica Family Fest is the ultimate family event! It will be presented at two locations on two separate days: Saturday, October 14 at Harmony Beach Park in Montego Bay, and Monday, October 16 – National Heroes’ Day – at Hope Gardens in Kingston.

There will be lots of activities for the kids, an auto show, food village, live music, and much more. The live show will feature performances by Kevin Downswell, Chi Ching Ching, Alaine, and Lubert Levy. Most importantly, both affairs will be absolutely free.

Jah Vinci Shares New Song & Video “God Up”

Dancehall singer Jah Vinci closed off the month of September with a brand new song and video. Released on the 22nd, the record – titled God Up – was shared via Wikid Media Music and Now or Never.

Bugle Will Join Sizzla & Others At ‘Sharkies Seafood Festival’

Organizers of the forthcoming Sharkies Seafood Festival – which will take place on October 16 at Sharkies Beach in Salem, Runaway Bay, St. Ann – have added conscious reggae-dancehall artist Bugle to their lineup.

The Rastafarian sing-jay will join Jahvillani, Moyann, Sizzla, Tommy Lee Sparta, Charly Black, 450, Bayka, Pablo YG, and others. Early bird tickets, which are going for $4,000 JMD, can be purchased at Sharkies Seafood Restaurant (St.Ann & Kingston), Plantation Smokehouse (St.Ann & Kingston), Fontana Pharmacy (Ocho Ríos & Montego Bay), and Parts To Go (Falmouth).

Capleton Will Be In The Ring On October 7th

There is now an active countdown for the next Wray & Nephew Fight Night, which is to take place on Saturday, October 7th at the Ebony Vale Community Center in St Catherine, Jamaica.

The already highly anticipated event became more sought-after when it was announced that dancehall legend Capleton will be performing live. The Rastafarian deejay, who made it clear that he does not endorse any alcoholic beverages, has promised an electrifying performance.

Take A Journey Down ‘Memory Lane’ With Lt. Stitchie & Beenie Man

Target Clique Events would like all Jamaicans of age to join them on a journey down Memory Lane next month – Saturday, October 7th – at Mandeville Primary & Junior High School, which is located on Caledonia Road in Mandeville, Manchester.

Two of the most esteemed dancehall artists from the eighties and nineties, respectively, will be performing live: Lt. Stitchie and Beenie Man. They will be supported by both Stone Love Sound, and Bass Odyssey.

Media Houses Give Ragga Lox’s “Climbing” A Thumbs Up

In late July, veteran reggae-dancehall artist Ragga Lox released a thirteen-track album called Climbing. The record, which features previously shared singles as well as new music, was met with great reviews from both industry insiders and Lox‘s long time fans and supporters. Several media houses directed their attention to the title track with which they were so impressed that they provided written reviews to the artist and his team.

Skinny Fabulous, Destra & Aidonia For “Soca + Fest” In Kingston

I Love Soca Jamaica presents Soca + Festival on Saturday, September 30th at Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica. The eighteen and older event starts at 10pm, and will go until 10am the following morning.

There will be live performances by soca stars Skinny Fabulous and Destra, as well as dancehall artist Aidonia. Tickets, which include a complimentary breakfast, can be purchased from Ticket Gateway.
