Ginjah’s “These Arms” Still Getting Strong Support Months After Release (@Tadsrecord @GINJAHMUSIC)

Having just shared the official video for his latest single, Fall In LoveGinjah admits that he is still relishing all the positive feedback he continues to receive for another one of his songs: These Arms

The lovers-rock tune was released earlier in the year, on February 18, via Tad’s Record, and has been enjoying strong, ongoing support from reggae platforms since it was first published. Most industry insiders ascribe their appreciation for the song to the quality of the production – which is credited to Kirk Bennett, Wrong Move and Valentine ‘Ginjah’ Fraser – as well as its exhilarating feeling of love.

The endorsements increased significantly once the visuals came out at the end of August. The general consensus from persons that have watched the clip is that it somehow manages to elevate an already stellar song.

These Arms audio can be streamed and downloaded from all digital music store; and the video can be viewed on Tad’s Record‘s YouTube channel.

JC Lodge Is Calling For A “Love Uprising”

Veteran British-Jamaican reggae singer JC Lodge is using her latest single – Love Uprising – to encourage some much needed constructive transformation in the world. On the record, she calls on all of us – male female, black white, young old etc. – to be more tolerant, patient and open as we deal with ourselves and each other.

The track is well timed because life here on earth – regardless of your specified location – has gotten extremely turbulent; and regretfully, we have all become tempestuous as a result. Love Uprising is a refreshing reggae tune that somehow gets us to pause, breathe, and restart from a place of warmth and tenderness.

The song is featured on the Positive Transfusion EP, released at the end of September by My MM Productions. Other artists on the project are: Luciano, Wayne Armond, Pinchers, Calton Coffie and Stevie Malekuu. The Positive Transfusion EP can be streamed and downloaded from iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and all other digital music platforms.
