On Saturday, March 21st, legendary recording artist Keith Sweat will headline a concert at the Paramount Theater, located at 2025 Broadway in Oakland, California. He will be supported by two major RnB groups: Next and Blackstreet.

The 51st NAACP Image Awards will air on BET (Black Entertainment Television) on Saturday, February 22nd. The show is recognized as America’s preeminent multicultural awards show from an African American point of view; celebrating the outstanding achievements and performances of people of color in the arts.
This year some prominent female artists have been nominated in multiple categories. India.Arie, Beyoncé and Fantasia are all nominated for Outstanding Album and Outstanding Female Artist.
