Rapsody Links With Hit-Boy For New Single “Asteroids”

Hip-hop artist Rapsody has returned with a massive tune called Asteroids. Produced by the man of the moment, Hit-Boy, the record is all about her lyrical prowess, and her journey as an underrated female MC.

Asteroids went live on all streaming platforms on October 30th, courtesy of Jamla Records, the imprint to which she is signed.

Fantasia‘s weeks long tour is coming to an end. The R&B pop star, along with her special guest touring partner Joe, will be doing their final concerts this weekend.

Floridians can experience the show at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, on Friday, November 3rd; or at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville the following day, Saturday, November 4th. Tickets are still available on Fantasia‘s website.

Mary J. Blige Drops New Song & Video “Still Believe in Love”

The queen of hip-hop and R&B, Mary J. Blige, is back with new music. On Friday, October 27th, Beautiful Life Music – the imprint owned by Mary – released Still Believe In Love, a catchy, upbeat R&B tune done with rapper Vado.

The new record is accompanied by an official video, which shows both artists performing the song on a yacht in the middle of the ocean. The visuals can be viewed on MJB‘s YouTube channel, and the song can be downloaded from all digital music stores.

Pop Star Trey Songz Will Perform In Jamaica On Nov. 5th

The rumors are indeed true! Grammy-nominated R&B singer and actor Trey Songz will be performing at the Sunscape All White Brunch Series, at Stadium East in Kingston, Jamaica, on November 5th. This is a day event that will run from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.

Trey Songz is an accomplished recording artist who was discovered by music producer Troy Taylor. He signed to Atlantic Records in 2005, and released his debut studio album – I Gotta Make It – in July of that year. The rest, as they say, is history.

Tyrese, Ginuwine & Tank Reunite As TGT: New Music & Tour Coming In 2024

Three R&B titans – Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank – have announced that they have reunited, and will be working on new music, and touring as a group under the name TGT in 2024. The magic happened at the R&B Music Experience concert in Tampa, Florida, on Friday, October 20th, where all three men were hired as solo acts.

The official announcement was made on Ginuwine‘s Instagram page, and was later shared on both Tyrese and Tanks‘ accounts. Needless to say, 2024 is going to be a great year for rhythm-and-blues.

“I Love Retro Saturdays” With Funkmaster Flex (Oct.28 In Brooklyn)

DJ, rapper, record producer, and radio host Funkmaster Flex will be the main act at the forthcoming I Love Retro Saturdays – a throwback party not to be missed. Scheduled for Saturday, October 28th, the event will be served up in two parts: Brunch (11am to 5pm) and dinner (6pm to 2am).

It all goes down at Stush Restaurant, which is located at 470 Driggs Avenue, in Brooklyn, New York. Admission is free, but the organizer would like everyone to RSVP via eventbrite.
