Did You Know That Nneka Has A New EP?

Nneka Lucia Egbuna – the Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress, more popularly referred to as Nneka – released a new five-track EP at the end of October; on the 27th to be precise. The project is titled Back and Forth.

In an interview with France 24, Nneka said the EP is all about “finding love withing ourselves, or remembering who we really are.” Those who are familiar with Nneka‘s music should know that she vibrates on a higher level, and as such, her songs are usually centered in spirituality. Prezident Brown Will Be Back At Moe’s Alley On Dec. 2nd

Established reggae vocalist Prezident Brown, who has toured the U.S. extensively, will be back at Moe’s Alley – 1535 Commercial Way – in Santa Cruz, California, on Saturday, December 2nd.

The Jamaican roots singer will be joined by Emmanuel Selassie, a newly formed roots reggae band based in Santa Cruz. DJ Spleece, a local favorite, is also on the show. This is a twenty-one and older event, that’s scheduled to start at 8:00 PM. Click here for early bird tickets.

Welcome To Jamrock Reggae Cruise Sets Sail On December 4th

The 8th annual Welcome To Jamrock Reggae Cruise – which is now sold out – will set sail on the Royal Caribbean International’s Independence of the Seas, cruising from Miami to Jamaica on December 4th through 9th.

Unity Is Power!

On Friday, December 8th, Jstar Bassie (of Gennaroots Band) will present the Unity Is Power concert, at Club Amazura – 91-12 144th Place – in Queens, New York. There will be performances by Duane Stephenson, Richie Spice, Yaadcore, Aba Kush, and Rasta Progrez, with support from the Genaroots Band.

Kevin Terry & Predestined’s 20th Anniversary

Gospel recording artist Kevin Terry and his group Predestined will be celebrating 20 years – as a unit – in music ministry, on Friday, December 1st, 2023.

To that end, they’re inviting all believers, their fans, and colleagues to join them at Scripture Cathedral Ministries – 7610 Central Avenue – in Hyattsville, Maryland, starting at 8pm.

This is a three-hour show that will ultimately be a trip down memory lane, as all the Predestined hits will be revisited. Early bird tickets are now going for $25 USD.

Ada Ehi’s Story

Ada Ogochukwu Ehi, professionally known as Ada Ehi is a Gospel singer, Songwriter, Recording and Performing artist. Ada Ehi was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria in the early ’80s, and she kickstarted her career in the music industry as a backing vocalist at around the young age of ten.

She attended Lagos State University where she obtained a degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering. Ada Ehi is happily married to Ehi Moses a creative entrepreneur and the CEO of FreeNation INC and SoundCode Studios whose unquantifiable partnership has helped profoundly in the emergence and continuous growth of his wife Ada. Together they are blessed with their daughter Emma-Jane.

With a career spanning decades, Ada Ehi released her debut album in November 2009, titled “Undenied”. The album garnered several positive reviews and served as a stepping stone in launching her career in the gospel music scene.

She has since been known to craft some of Africa’s biggest gospel anthems, and successfully delivered five other studio albums including her second album “Lifted and So Fly”, a two-disc album released in November 2013, “Future Now” released on October 2017, “Ada’s EP Vol.1”, a 5 track EP released in 2019, and “Born of God” released in 2020.

Ada Ehi has collaborated with several artists including Nathaniel Bassey, Sinach, Samsung, Eben, and Protek amongst many others.

Ada’s singles have also created a whirlwind of sensation across the world. Most notably, her song ‘Only You Jesus’ currently has over 100 million views on YouTube alone and was listed on YouTube’s top 20 most viewed songs of the decade.

Pam Hall’s New Single “Cool Breeze” Is Now Available On All Music Platforms

Powered by U.S. based roots-reggae label, Big Feet RecordsPam Hall‘s new single – Cool Breeze – is now out on all streaming platforms.

Cool Breeze is a laid back reggae track that does several things to its listeners. It relaxes, inspires and entertains.

Penned by songwriter Willow, with direction from the project’s producer Josh HarrisCool Breeze encourages the hearer not to give up, by emphasizing the fact that once there is life there is hope (paraphrasing). And although the message is motivational – a word often associated with taking action – there is a certain level of calmness in the way that it was sung, making it both soothing and enthralling.

The music video was also published along with the audio. It premiered on Reggaeville’s YouTube channel on Friday, November 3rd, which is the project’s official release date.
