Demitsedek’s “Masked Confusion” EP Release Delayed

Initially scheduled for release on Friday, June 7th, Jamaica-born, Toronto-raised recording artist Demitsedek has had to delay sharing his highly anticipated EP, Masked Confusion. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen challenges, the reggae-fused hip-hop project will now be pushed back to later in the summer. A new date has not been given.

While we await the publishing of the record, Demitsedek would like his fans and supporters to check out the lyric video for the track, Story of Selassie, one of five songs that will be featured on Masked Confusion. It was just uploaded to his newly created YouTube channel.

Story of Selassie was inspired, in part, by the time Demitsedek spent in Tanzania. He lived in the East African country for approximately one year. While there, he was committed to learning as much as possible about Ethiopia and its famed former Emperor Haile Selassie. That experience so impacted him that he subsequently changed his name from Tha Vor to the moniker he now uses, Demitsedek.
