Veteran reggae and dancehall singer Richie Stephens is proving that timeless music still resonates with today’s audience as his latest single, “Wet Sugar,” continues to gain momentum across social media.
Built on the legendary Diwali Riddim, originally created by producer Steven “Lenky” Marsden, Wet Sugar has evolved beyond a new release into an online movement. Fans have embraced the infectious groove through the growing #WetSugarDance challenge, sharing dance videos and creative content while introducing the song to new listeners.
Adding to the excitement, several artists have begun recording their own unofficial versions of Wet Sugar, delivering original verses while retaining Stephens‘ unmistakable chorus.
