This Saturday, June 8th, San Francisco’s second annual Juneteenth Parade & Festival will honor Black freedom, heritage, and achievement.
There will be creative floats, live music, and many special guests at the Parade, which will start at 11:00am at Market and Spear Streets (near the Ferry Building) and continue 13 blocks west down Market Street, with an end point at Fulton Plaza (near Civic Center, behind City Hall). Here the Festival – a celebration with incredible musical performances, food and drink, games, and so much more – will be held.
Rapsody, Goapele, Larry June, D’Wayne Wiggins (from Tony! Toni! Tone!), The Glide Choir, Dustin Sharpe, Ronski, Stunnaman02, and the Feline Finesse Dance Group, are just some of the confirmed performers.
