AfroCan Roots & Rhythms Festival is set to return to Mississauga’s Celebration Square – 300 City Centre Drive – on September 18 and 19, 2026, bringing together African and Caribbean music, culture, food and community. The festival is free to attend, with programming scheduled from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday.

Friday night will be headlined by Kario McLean, while Agent Sasco will headline Saturday’s festivities. Joining the headliners will be Khay, Martin Ogun, Levee Don, Neddy, Sasha and the Dope Band, Irie Vibes Band and others. The festival will be hosted by Spex Da Boss.

Beyond the music, attendees can enjoy a Domino Tournament, Youth DJ Competition, Family-Friendly Sports Day heats, grab-bag prizes, and a marketplace featuring local vendors, small businesses, music-preneurs and craft artisans.
