Sondae is a fast-rising Christian singer and songwriter who has become quite popular in gospel circles after the release of his three breakout singles: Elohim, Air I Breathe, and Holy Essence.

The young man, who is believed to be in his early to mid twenties, hails from the vibrant streets of Great Britain. Infused with scriptural nuances as well as explanations of the Gospel of Christ, his songs serve as a testament to his unabashed proclamation of faith.

Gospel recording artist DOE has just released the official video for her single Holy Hands. The track was first shared in late September (2023) and has become a favorite with contemporary gospel audiences.

After launching Reggae Month with a church service at the end of January, the organizers will present a major gospel concert, called Reggae Praise, as the final show in their Reggae Wednesdays series.

That said, on Wednesday, February 28th, JaRIA (Jamaica Reggae Industry Association) will host the spirit-filled show at Festival Marketplace on the Waterfront in Kingston. This free event will have live performances by Levy’s Heritage, Sista Patt, Johnmark Wiggan, Humble, Perpetual Praise, Audia Spencer-Brown, and Verlando Small.

Attendees at the upcoming Maximize Your Potential Conference, scheduled for February 29th to March 2nd, will be inspired and empowered. So say the organizers.

To boot, they have confirmed gospel sensation Yolanda Adams, who is expected to deliver a soul-stirring performance. Adams will be joined by Hulvey, Zacardi Cortez, Deedee Freeman, and others. The two-day event dedicated to women’s spiritual, mental, emotional and financial growth is back! Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS) 2024 will take place at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel – 81 Knutsford Blvd – in Kingston on March 8th and 9th.

This conference/concert is the ideal setting for women between the ages 18-65 to gather, learn, engage and grow through the various skills and experiences of Christian ministers, educators, executives, business leaders, and glass-ceiling breakers

The 2024 Kitson Town Gospel Festival is all set for Tuesday, February 13 at Kitson Town Primary School in West Central, St. Catherine, Jamaica. Gates will open at 4:00 PM, but the live show will not commence until 6:00 PM.

This year’s inspirational entertainment will be provided by Kevin Downswell, Johnmark Wiggan, Nicholet Brown, Rian Davis, and DJ Sticko. It will be hosted by the Minister of Health and Wellness Chris Tufton, and admission is free for everyone.
