The organizers of the Revolt Summit has just announced that actor, rapper and business man, Ice Cube, will join their keynote panel dubbed “Ball so Hard.”
The conversation will focus on the world of professional and college basketball, with an emphasis on how players can be empowered to own not just the court but the game.
Veteran roots artist, Sister Carol, will kick off her U.S.A tour, titled “Reggae Inna Me Blood” at the World Beat Center in San Diego, California on Thursday, November 14th. U.S. Virgin Islands reggae ambassador Pressure, aka Pressure Busspipe, returns on November 8th with his second album, Rebel With a Cause. The 14-track LP features appearances from reggae all-stars: Sizzla, Protoje, Jah9, Kabaka Pyramid, Anthony B and Akae Beka, as well as rap icon Redman and Virgin Islands hit-makers R. City.
Rebel With A Cause incorporates various sounds from dub, hip-hop to soul and jazz, taking listeners on a journey with topics on spirituality, romance, personal health and so much more.
In a few hours from now Ms. Lauryn Hill will be hitting the stage at The Mayan (1038 S Hill Street) in Los Angeles, California. Doors will open at 8:30 PM PDT and there is an entrance fee ranging from $65 to $75 USD.

The city of Miramar, in Florida, will be hosting a Bahamas Benefit Concert on Saturday, October 26th. All proceeds from the event will go to the hurricane relief efforts happening in the Bahamas.
