Catch Gyptian In Bull Bay At The End Of March

International recording artist Gyptian will be at Little Copa Club in Bull Bay, Jamaica on Saturday, March 30th for Maestro Don‘s EP launch. This is a live band show that will also feature Erup, Rytikal, DYani, and others. Admission fee is $1,000.

Melodies In Bloom

Possibilities Entertainment is inviting everyone to join them for an evening of beautiful music on Saturday, April 27th. The affair, called Melodies in Bloom, will be held at 111 1/2 Old Hope Road in Kingston, Jamaica, starting at 8 p.m.

Attendees will be entertained by some of Jamaica’s best vocalists: Gem Myers, Boris Gardiner, and Pam Hall. Tickets, which are going for $5,000 JMD, can be purchased at the aforementioned address.

Romain Virgo Has Back-To-Back Shows In JA This Weekend

On March 1st, VP Music Group released Romain Virgo‘s highly anticipated album, The Gentle Man. The record has a total of twelve tracks, and it features collaborations with Capleton, Jesse Royal, Patoranking, Silly Walks Discotheque, and Masicka, who is on the now popular single Been There Before.

The Rising Star singer will be promoting the LP with 3 back-to-back shows in Jamaica this weekend. On Friday, March 8th he will be at Plantation Smokehouse in St. Ann; that will be followed by Main Street Rose Hall in Montego Bay on the 9th; and finally, Lover’s Leap in St. Elizabeth on Sunday.

Iba Mahr Will Perform In Vermont On 4/20

Nectar, the legendary live music venue located in downtown Burlington (Vermont), will host reggae artist Iba Mahr on April 20, 2024. The reggae singer, known for hits like Diamond Sox, Million Thoughts, and others, is currently on a spring tour across North America.

Tickets for the Nectar show, which are currently going for $20 plus tax, can be purchased from seetickets-dot-us.

JahRiffe To Perform At Rockwood Music Hall In NYC

A very busy JahRiffe, who is still celebrating and promoting his recently released single, Closer, is now gearing up for a major concert in New York City later this month. The Rastafarian singer and his band, Jah-N-I Roots Movement, will do a set at the popular Rockwood Music Hall (196 Allen Street) on Sunday, March 24th. Doors will open at 8 p.m., and JahRiffe and his ensemble will take the stage at approximately 9 p.m.

This event is a part of his Winter Tour, which kicked off in early January and has so far seen him and his team performing in and around Massachusetts, with one date in New Hampshire. Following the aforementioned New York show, he will head to New Haven, Connecticut, which is where the mini stint will officially end.

While on the road, JahRiffe is simultaneously working on the official video for TwinFlame, a unique lovers-rock record he shared in the last quarter of 2023. The Boston-based vocalist said he is hoping to have the visuals out by March 11th. In the meantime, he is encouraging his growing fan base to stream and/or download both Closer and Twin Flame from their preferred music platforms.
