Chevelle Franklyn Confirmed For Manchester’s 2021 “Festival of Praise” (@chevellfranklyn)

This Friday, January 15th at 7:00 PM (UK time), Jubilee Church Manchester will host the 10th edition of North England’s biggest gospel event, “Festival of Praise (FOP).” It goes without saying that this affair will be presented in a virtual format as the organizers remain mindful of the covid-19 pandemic.

As it’s known to do, “Festival of Praise” will once again bring together people of diverse backgrounds and cultures from across the world to celebrate their faith in Jesus Christ. 

The 2021 lineup includes one of the Caribbean’s most sought after worshippers, Chevelle Franklyn, who ended the year with an impactful performance at Nigeria’s “The Experience.”Chevelle will be joined by Matt Redman, Tasha Cobbs Leonard and William McDowell, who will all be appearing on FOP for the very first time. Additionally, their will be performances from Sinach, Don Moen, Lou Fellingham, LZ7, Tope Alabi and Rebecca & James

“Festival of Praise” 2021 will be a night of praise, worship and prayer for the city of Manchester, the United Kingdom and the world. The entire concert will stream live on the event’s official website, Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Marvia Providence, Keesa Peart & Others Confirmed For Virtual Benefit Concert On Jan. 30th

On Saturday, January 30th, CKR Ministries will present a virtual benefit concert to aid abused and victimized youths in Jamaica.

This event will feature performances from Marvia Providence, Keesa Peart, DJ Nicholas, Tevaun Brown and several other gospel artists. The show, which is being hosted by Crystal Reid, will begin streaming online at 8 PM EST.

Kevin Downswell & Romain Virgo Share Visuals For “Carry Me – Reggae Remix” (@kevinDownswell @RealRomainVirgo)

Yesterday, January 3rd, Kevin Downswell shared the visuals for the reggae remix of “Carry Me,” which is done with Romain Virgo. Though the video is very basic – just the men singing in the studio – I was completely drawn in by their energy. These are two singers that always give a hundred percent when performing, whether in the booth or on stage.

Bring In The New Year With A Live Performance From Jonathan McReynolds (@jonmcreynolds @visitonecc)

One Community Church, located in Plano, Texas, will be presenting a three-in-one New Year’s Eve special tonight. From 7:30 to 8:30 PM (local time) they will have a pre-k to elementary online celebration for kids only.

The children’s service will be followed by a virtual party aimed at students from grades six through twelve. The main event however, is the official New Year’s Eve Service and countdown, which starts at 10 PM. Recording artist Jonathan McReynolds is the confirmed special guest for the evening.

Romain Virgo, Jeannie Ortega & Jabari Johnson Featured On Kevin Downswell’s “Carry Me Collaboration” EP (@kevinDownswell)

Carry Me,” a song that was initially released by Jamaican gospel singer Kevin Downswell in February of this year, has gotten new life. At the beginning of December he released an EP with four new versions of the song, three of which are collaborations done with other artists.

Canada’s House Of Praise Will End 2020 With A 3-Day Virtual Concert

House of Praise – located at 3105 Dixie Road in Mississauga, Ontario – will present “Heaven on Earth,” a three-day virtual praise and worship experience, on December 29th, 30th and 31st. This is a free-for-all event that will feature PWA, Jide Adeoye, Patricia Shirley, Chevelle Franklyn, Kola Bekes and a host of other ministers.

The full show will stream live on House of Praise’s YouTube channel starting at 7 PM.
