Karamanti Unleashes Powerful Message in “I See Dead People” Music Video

Dancehall artist Karamanti has just dropped a striking new music video for her single “I See Dead People.” Featured on the Blood Sacrifice Riddim compilation published by her label Blakkwuman22 Music, this release is a potent commentary on the darker side of the music industry.

The song, penned by Karamanti herself, was recorded at Jungle Lava Studio in Kingston, and it was mixed and mastered to perfection at AudioTraxx Production in Old Harbor. The infectious Blood Sacrifice rhythm was crafted by Arioso Legato (U.S.A) and Lamar Thompson (Jamaica).

The music video, which was directed by Maria Jackson 27, brings Karamanti‘s message to life. Shot on location in Ackee Walk (Kingston), the visuals are stark and unflinching, with Prosonic of Prosonic Production assisting behind the lens. MJ27 also handled editing duties, weaving together a narrative that’s as haunting as it is thought-provoking.

At its core, “I See Dead People” is an inspirational dancehall track, but it pulls no punches in its depiction of an industry Karamanti believes is rife with negativity and evil influences.

“I See Dead People” is available now on all major streaming platforms, and the visuals can be viewed on Karamanti‘s YouTube channel
