Prophet Paul (Formerly Avalanche) Debuts “Open Door” Song & Video

In a powerful transformation that’s turning heads in the dancehall community, former Gaza Empire member Avalanche has emerged with a new identity and sound. Now known as Prophet Paul, he’s just dropped his first gospel track “Open Door” through Kevin Heath Ministry, and it’s making waves.

The song, which hit streaming platforms on April 4th, 2025, marks a bold new chapter for the artist. While some raised eyebrows at his shift from secular dancehall to gospel music, the overwhelming support from fans has validated his spiritual journey.

Riding this wave of encouragement, Prophet Paul and his team quickly produced a high-energy music video with DJ Roh Entertainments. The visual perfectly captures his newfound passion – watching him perform with such conviction, you’d never guess this was the same artist who once shared stages with Vybz Kartel.

The raw energy of hardcore gospel-dancehall fusion in “Open Door” shows that Prophet Paul hasn’t lost his musical fire – he’s just redirected it. Fans can catch the video on Maria Jackson 27’s YouTube channel and stream the track on all major platforms.
