Grammy Award-winning hip-hop collective Arrested Development is inviting passionate creatives in the Atlanta area to become part of its growing team. In a recent video message, a member of the group shared the vision behind the search, emphasizing the importance of finding individuals who not only possess the necessary skills but also believe in the group’s longstanding mission of spreading consciousness, culture, and love through music.

The collective is currently seeking a Sound Engineer/Studio Manager to oversee studio operations and help capture the band’s signature sound, as well as a Social Media/Visual Creative to produce compelling photography, videography, and digital content that authentically connects with audiences worldwide.
