Deeper Fellowship Church will host a 24 Hour Prayer Shut-In on September 10–11, 2026, bringing together worship leaders, prayer facilitators and believers for an extended time of prayer, worship, fasting and intercession. The gathering will take place from 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 10 through 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 11. Deeper Fellowship Church is located at 4400 South Orange Avenue, in Orlando, Florida.

Featured participants include William McDowell, Travis Greene, Yolanda Stith, Barbara Calloway, Brandon Clack, Psalmist Raine and Sy Younger, along with additional prayer and worship facilitators Patrick Kitely, Jason McMullen, David Wilford, Chris Lawson, Ryan Horton, Matt Gilman, Jerry Bell, Kimberly Owens, Gabriel Platero, Nicole Binion, David Binion and Kendall McDowell.
