Jamaican singer-songwriter Alaine has released the music video for her latest single “My Last Nerve”. The song, which is featured on the Happy Wife Riddim produced by Scikron Entertainment and Big Yard Music, explores the realities of committed relationships—specifically the idea that genuine love is not defined by perfection, but by endurance through conflict, frustration, and emotional highs and lows. According to Alaine, the record reflects “real love, the kind that lasts through it all”.
The newly released video brings the song’s message into a vibrant visual space, having been shot in New York City’s iconic Times Square. The production keeps things intentionally simple and performance-driven, featuring Alaine singing throughout various locations around the bustling landmark.
