Black Uhuru will return to Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz, California, on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

The reggae legends are set to take the stage at 9:00 p.m., with doors opening at 8:00 p.m., for an evening dedicated to authentic roots reggae music. Moe’s Alley is located at 1535 Commercial Way.

Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 on the day of the show, with tickets listed at $45.76 including applicable fees. The event is strictly for guests ages 21 and over, and valid identification is required for entry. Tickets are non-refundable for anyone unable to provide proof of age.

Catherine’s, the Italian-Caribbean fusion restaurant in Laurel, Maryland, is marking its first anniversary with a milestone celebration on Saturday, August 22nd. The event will feature a live performance by reggae legend Wayne Wonder — his first appearance at the venue.

Located at 3325 Corridor Market Place in Laurel, Catherine’s has built its reputation on a distinctive blend of Italian and Caribbean-infused cuisine. The anniversary celebration promises to bring that same spirit of fusion to the entertainment lineup, combining live reggae music with the restaurant’s signature food and drinks.

Reggae music will take over Montreal on Sunday, September 6, 2026, when the Reggae Nation Festival takes place at the Grand Quai du Port de Montréal in the city’s historic Old Port.

The festival will feature legendary roots reggae singer Burning Spear and acclaimed dancehall artist Sizzla as leading names on the lineup. They will be joined by Charly Black, Tanto Metro & Devonte, Jah Cutta, Sereni-T, Little Thunder and Energy Squad.

Reggae veteran Sister Carol is set to bring her roots sound and powerful lyrical presence to CanniFest 2026, taking place September 12–13 at Arcata Ball Park in Humboldt County, California.

Sister Carol joins a diverse two-day lineup headlined by Melvin Seals & JGB, with performances also scheduled from Brett McFarland & The Freedom Riders, Bella Rayne, Shuck Nasty, Ishi Dube, Broken Compass Bluegrass, Naive Melodies, The California Poppies, KingFoot, Papa Haole & The Fleas, Timbata, Makenu, Hella Mendocino, and The Cowtown Sound.

In addition to live music across four stages, the all-ages festival will feature comedy, talks and workshops, a Family Interactive Zone, grow games, live glassblowing demonstrations, vendors, exhibitors, and other interactive activities.
