The 40th Stellar Gospel Music Awards

The Stellar Gospel Music Awards is set to celebrate its 40th year at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 16, 2025. Honoring the year’s best and brightest in gospel music, the awards ceremony will be hosted by GRAMMY Award-winning duo BeBe and CeCe Winans.

Nineteen-time Stellar Award winner Pastor Mike Jr. and Stellar Award winner Jason Nelson lead the field of nominees this year with nine nominations each, both landing top nominations in the key categories Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year (Nelson’s You Belong: Live in Durham and Mike Jr.’s I Got Away EP).

Maverick City Music & Blessing Offor Will Perform At The Filene Center In Vienna On Aug. 6th

Grammy-winning gospel ensemble Maverick City Music, who is known for their contemporary Christian songs that transcend boundaries, will be performing at the Wolf Trap’s Filene Center (1551 Trap Road) in Vienna, Virginia, on Wednesday, August 6th.

Gospel lovers in and around Queens, New York are being encouraged to attend ‘Gospel Infusion’ on Saturday, August 2nd. Presented by SR Hamilton LLC, this is a gospel concert centered on the outpouring of God’s grace.

It will feature performances by Cheryln Maloney, Renee Ashley, Saiku Andrews, Eddie Neblett, Samuel Medas, Christael Brandt, Timothy Roberts, Carlvin Bernet, Kester D., and Sean Daniels.

Get ‘Unshackled’ with Marion Hall in Kelowna, BC on Aug. 1st

The Ark of the Covenant International Ministries will be hosting Jamaican Minister Marion Hall (formerly known as Lady Saw) in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Open to everyone, this is a free Afro-Caribbean Gospel Experience that will be held at 2041 Harvey Avenue, starting at 7pm local time. It should be noted that Jamaican food will be on sale, with part of the proceeds going towards the ministry’s scholarship fund.

Gospel on the Green Weekend (Maumee, OH)

On Saturday, August 2nd, and Sunday, August 3rd, A Servants Heart LLC will present the 2025 Gospel on the Green Weekend concert. This is an all ages event that will be staged at the Lucas County Agricultural Society (1406 Key Street) in Maumee, Ohio.
