Jamaicans Abandoning Flow For A More Reliable Service From Digicel (@FLOWJamaica @DIGICELJamaica)

flow_jamaicaAfter two straight days of inconsistent internet service from Flow, impacted Kingston residents are abandoning the telecommunications giant for what they say is a more reliable service from Digicel.

One Kingston 19 resident told us that “his loyalty is to the company that is able give him good service and seeing as though he’s not getting any service from Flow, they are not in the running.” We reached out to Flow’s customer service office before preparing this article and were told that at least 5,000 homes in Kingston have been negatively impacted as a result of their servers going down.
