Akeem “Preedy” Chance

Trinidad and Tobago-based Anson Productions delivers its new gem “Nation Of Love” by Preedy, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on October 16, 2015. A long-time lyricist and musical collaborator with soca’s top producers and artists, Preedy has stormed the soca world as a performer and this marks his new anthem for the2016 Trinidad Carnival season.

Akeem “Preedy” Chance penned the heartfelt ode to his homeland, following the social tension in the aftermath of Trinidad and Tobago’s recent general elections. “In light of all the race issues suddenly arising, this tune needed to be shared,” Preedy stated. “We are a small island, full of love, why the need for this negativity? We are here to spread positivity through music. That’s our goal.”

The groovy tune was produced by Trinidadian hit producer Anson Soverall, who has his fingers on the pulse of soca music and eyes on the complex demands of the global musical audience. This song has already found its place at home and is bound to do so internationally.

Nobody can tell her what to do, say, how to act or how to feel, Patrice Roberts is moving to her own beat. With the sweetest melodies and piercing vocals Patrice is encouraging a bit of independence for the ladies. Of all people, Patrice is an expert in the topic at hand and is guiding females to rely on ‘Nobody.’ She’s defying the norm and partying alone.

As Patrice continues to evolve as an entertainer her image and music are also changing as can be heard in ‘Nobody.’ With songwriting by Mark Cyrus, Joel Jack and Patrice Roberts and production by Mark Cyrus the track is setting out to become the ladies anthem for Carnival 2016. 

Trinidadian Gospel singer Marc Isaacs delivers two new Gospel soca hits with “Sweeter Than Honey”and “Moving,” both available worldwide from all major digital retailers on October 9, 2015. Born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, Isaacs is a rising sensation in the Gospel world and was a nominee at the 2014 Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards.

“Sweeter Than Honey” brings groovy soca sounds and was penned by Isaacs and produced by Reuel Lynch and co-produced by Precision Productions.“Moving” was written by Isaacs and Lynch and produced by Deer Panteth Productions, and is an up-tempo, spirited tune that will bring energy to its audience.

Ministering in local churches across Trinidad and Tobago has opened opportunities for him to travel the Caribbean and North America, where he has been able to showcase his many talents, playing the steel pan, drums and singing. When he is not performing for Gospel music fans, Isaacs is a worship leader, keyboardist and drummer in his local church, San Fernando Church of the Nazarene. He also facilitates workshops in music, teaching and empowering many young people.
