Legendary recording artist and two time Grammy winner, Jimmy Cliff, has announced that he will be embarking on a 2018 world tour. The artist has confirmed dates in Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Japan, The United Kingdom and several other countries.

If you are tuned into the reggae/dancehall industry on any level, then you may have noticed that popular sing-jay, Wayne Marshall, has released several new songs over the past few weeks. Marshall, who is a committed family man, disappeared from the public stage for many years. Though he was still actively involved in the music industry, he managed to keep a low profile and was rarely, if ever, seen in the media. That is all until recently.
To everyone’s surprise, a couple of new records by Wayne Marshall surfaced in the 4th quarter of 2017. He released “Best Smoke” on the Jook Yiy Riddim, produced by Yard Vybz Entertainment and “Social Media” with Bugle, much to everyone’s delight. His fans and supporters reacted immediately, praising his comeback with excitement and joy.
I guess it is safe to say that Wayne Marshall is the man to watch in 2018.
Rasta recording artist Zally is gearing up to release his new EP on February 1st, 2018. The project is entitled “Call on Jah” and it will be approximately eight songs from both the reggae and dancehall genres. He shared the first single, “Mother of the Earth,” last week and has already gotten favorable reviews from several radio personalities.
Known for his uplifting lyrics and good vibrations, Zally promises that “Call On Jah” will be a series of songs that embodies positivity and righteousness. It was produced by Grab Dem Records with executive production credits going to C. Taylor Hawkins of C-Hawk Productions.

Four months ago, reggae gospel artist and poet Denford Sutherland passed away. Prior to his death, I worked with Mr. Sutherland, on and off for approximately two years. We spent a lot of time working on his music, bio, EPK and marketing strategy. I also acted as his agent to the many publishing houses in the United States that expressed interest in his poetry.
The song I am sharing with you today is the last record we worked on together. It’s titled “On My Fee Again.” I am sending this song out now because I think it is the appropriate time to do so.
