Etana Joins J Boog & Jesse Royal on the L.O.E. Tour (@EtanaStrongOne)

She will join special guest Jesse Royal and share her voice across the U.S. between February and March. The tour kicks off on Feb. 10 at Majestic Ventura Theater in Ventura, Calif. 35 dates are scheduled over the winter run, with a very special performance on March 8th in New York, on not only the anticipated album release date, but befitting to be International Woman’s Day.

Is Nesbeth Declaring 2018 His Year? (@NesbethReggae)

IMG_0390 NesbethCapping off another successful year with his award-winning inspirational anthem ‘Success Story’; touring the United Kingdom; lending support to Caribbeans & U.S hurricane victims; embarking on a two-month island-wide campaign, bringing social awareness to school children in Jamaica regarding the use and impact of social media. 2017 was a good year for Reggae firebrand Nesbeth and with such achievements, he is looking to do even more phenomenal things in the new year.

Set to release his first official single for 2018 dubbed ‘My Year’, the insightful crooner is now back in the studio laying down a number of recordings for his debut album. Titled ‘A.M.E.N‘, Nesbeth says the name was inspired by his late wife Ann-Marie Elliot Nesbeth whose initials forms the acronym.

Produced on the Entertainment Soul recording imprint, the album will feature a number of unheard exclusives with a few surprise collaborations. Known for his musical erudition, Nesbeth says fans will be thoroughly pleased with the offering. The compilation is expected to be released later this year.

The project is a collaboration between Spanish producer Heavy Roots and Evidence Music. The track Up Up Up sends a clear and positive message to all generations advising them to never give up regardless how tough it gets.

Lutan Fyah Performs in California on Feb. 3rd (@lutanfyah1 @mateelcc)

LUTAN-FYAH_PA_002On Saturday, February 3rd, the Mateel community will welcome reggae artist Lutan Fyah and the Riddim Rebels Band.  The singer will be stopping in Redway, California, as a part of his Music Never Dies North American Tour.

For the Mateel show, he will be supported by both Norris Man and Sammy Dread. This is an all ages event with advance tickets being sold for only $20, while tickets at the door will be $25. Doors will open at 8 PM.

LT STITCHIE - IRAWMA AWARDSWe were just informed that legendary reggae/dancehall gospel artist, Lt. Stitchie, has been nominated in the category of “BEST GOSPEL ENTERTAINER” for the International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA).

This nomination comes as no surprise as Lt. Stitchie has been consistently touring, creating and releasing new music for the past year. He ended 2017 with two video shoots; one for the track “Undisputed” on the Life 101 Riddim by Blakkwuman22 Music, and the other for “Thank You,” a popular record that is on his own label, Drum and Bass Music. Both videos will be released this month (January 2018).

In addition to that, the artist will be dropping a brand new album which features collaborations with Agent Sasco, Fantan Mojah, Million Stylez, Lukie D and Ricky Stereo in the coming weeks
