Veteran reggae singer Beres Hammond, who is known as the king of lovers-rock, will be performing on Reggae Night at the upcoming Carnival in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
This is the 70th anniversary of the Carnival and it will feature several days of various activities, starting on April 27th and ending on May 1st. Hammond will deliver his set on April 28th at the Fort Christian Parking Lot. Get additional information here.
Tomorrow – Sunday, April 24th – veteran reggae artist Richie Spice will perform at Roots Bamboo in Negril. He will be joined by Carlanda and the Hiyah Grade Band.

Dynamite Promotion is hoping that music lovers in the Boston area will join them at the Boston Culture Fest on Father’s day weekend. Top-tier reggae artists Chuck Fender, Spanner Banner and Ginjah are all confirmed to perform, and will be supported by the entire Dynamite Sound team.
Ginjah is currently promoting several new releases, one of which is the inspirational tune Love Will Reign Again, produced by Reggae Vibes Music. The record came out at the end of March and has been getting favorable reviews, consistent rotation and prime placement on reggae platforms all over the world. Persons planning to attend the upcoming Boston Culture Fest will get a chance to see Ginjah performing the song live.

This Thursday, April 21, Canadian reggae artist Exco Levi will do a set at the popular live music venue Supermarket – located at 268 Augusta Avenue – in Toronto, Ontario.
Levi will be joined by the band Human Rights as well as selectors DJ Chocolate and Jay Nufunk. Starting time is 8PM and there is a $19 cover charge.
On April 20th reggae-dancehall artist Anthony B will perform live at the Arcata Theatre Lounge – 1036 G St – in Arcata, California. He will be supported by DJ Cassisyblaze and the Wisedem Band.
This concert is being presented by El Gee Productions, Proper Wellness and ATL.
The 11th Annual California Roots Music & Arts Festival is all set for May 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th at the historic Monterey County Fair & Event Center in Monterey, California.
On the lineup this year are Damian Marley, Sean Paul, Earthkry, Ice Cube, Dirty Heads, Rebelution, Stick Figure, Slightly Stoopid and so much more!
This is an all ages event that will allow children under 10 in for free providing they are accompanied by a paying adult.
On Thursday, May 19th, Etana will perform at Lulu’s Downstairs – 107 Manitou Avenue – in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The all ages event will begin at 7PM local time, however, the live show will commence an hour later at 8PM.
Early bird tickets are now on sale via event-brite for $20 USD. On the day of the show general admission will be $25 USD plus tax.
