Reggae Artists From Around The World Remake Gregory Isaac’s “Night Nurse” To Honor Health Care Professionals

On June 15th, African Museum Records released a remix of the mega hit “Night Nurse,” originally performed by iconic reggae artist Gregory Isaacs. The new version features various artists and musicians from all over the world: Flabba Holt, Mr. Vegas, Dotta Coppa, Papa Michigan, Kenny Smyth, Darrio (Jamaica); Rocky Dawuni (Ghana), Wyre (Kenya), Megumi Mesaku (Japan/UK), Glenny (Suriname), Afrikan Simba (Nigeria), IZA (Poland /Germany/USA), Kayafyahouse (Cap Verde) and Adonai (Brazil).

New Reggae Release: Everton Blender & Beenie Man – Slackness

Veteran reggae artist, Everton Blender, is promoting a new collaboration done with the dancehall king, Beenie Man, called “Slackness.” On the bouncy one-drop tune both men highlight a number of things that they find to be troubling.

On Friday, June 19th, American pop-star John Legend will release his new album titled “Bigger Love.” This is a sixteen-track (16) project that features five collaborations with the following artists: Gary Clark Jr., Camper, Jhené Aiko, hip-hop MC Rapsody and Jamaican female lyricist Koffee.

“Bigger Love” is on the John Legend Music Inc. and Columbia Records labels. Fans and supporters of the R&B legend are able to preview selected tracks from the album, via iTunes, ahead of the release date.

Reggae Artist Glen Washington Shares New Single “How Great Is Our Father”
