On Sunday May 8th, R&B artist Keyshia Cole will perform at The Novo – 800 W Olympic Blvd – in Los Angeles, California. This Mother’s Day show will also feature soul and R&B singer-songwriters Goapele and Jon B. It is being presented by Goldenvoice.

Mike Epps, MJB & New Edition Are The Headliners For The 2022 Soul Beach Music Festival

The 20th anniversary of the Soul Beach Music Festival takes place Memorial Day Weekend, 2022 on the gorgeous island of Aruba. Patrons will laugh along with Mike Epps, the headliner for Friday; sing with Mary J. Blige, the headliner for Saturday and dance to songs from New Edition, Sunday’s headliner.

The main acts will be supported by Ari Lennox (Sunday), Kevin Ross (Saturday) and Chase Anthony (Friday). Hosting duties will be split between Chris Spencer and Doug E. Fresh. Additional information is available on the event’s official website.

Mount Everest is featured on Euphoria‘s season two soundtrack. For those not in the know, Euphoria is the second most watched show in HBO history, behind Game of Thrones. Composed by Labrinth, the compilation has tracks that takes listeners on a journey of highs and lows, ups and downs; much like the actual show does.

Lauryn Hill Added To The Preakness Live Culinary, Art & Music Festival

Ms Lauryn Hill has been added as a special guest on this year’s Preakness Live Culinary, Art & Music Festival. Scheduled for May 20th, the event which is curated by Kevin Liles will also feature performances from D-Nice, Brittney Spencer, Morgan State University Marching Band and more.

The culinary skills of Marcus Samuelsson, Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons will be on display; while the arts will be presented by Derrick Adams and The Last Resort Art Garden. Digable Planets Added To Fisherman’s Village Music Festival’s Lineup (@digableplanets)

Fisherman’s Village Music Festival has announced their 2022 lineup. The event is slated for May 19 through 21 in the heart of downtown Everett in Washington State.

Watch Richie Stephens’ New Video For “Valley Remix”

At the beginning of the year Boomrich Productions released a new single performed by international recording artist Richie Stephens. The song, titled Valley, is an inspirational tune that captured a lot of attention and subsequently inspired a remix.

The new version was done by Nigerian selector, Commissioner DJ Wysei, who gave it a more up-tempo mix that is now getting heavy rotation in nightclubs. Morris Day, SWV & Trina Will Headline The 2022 “Old School & Blues Festival” Next Month

The 2022 Old School & Blues Festival, the longest running urban event in Northern Alabama, will take place on May 28th at Huntsville Dragway – 502 Quarter Mountain Road – in Harvest, Alabama. Starting time is 11AM EST.
