The movie, ‘A Family Christmas Gift’, will premier on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Network on Monday, December 23rd at 1:00 PM.
Featured in the film is iconic soul artist Patti LaBelle, who is no stranger to film and television production. Her co-stars are: Dennis Haysbert, Dondré T. Whitfield and Tatyana Ali.
On October 18th, Jadakiss (1/3 of the legendary hip-hop group The Lox) released a short film titled ME. The visuals show actors Peter Greene and Hassan Johnson as well as Jadakiss involved in a robbery and then an internal act of betrayal.

Mary J. Blige has signed a first-look TV deal with Lionsgate to develop and produce television series via her newly launched Blue Butterfly Productions Company. Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. is a global content platform that brings films, television series, movies etc. to audiences all over the world.
Blige, who currently stars on Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy and VH1’s Scream, is no stranger to acting and the movie culture. That being said, now, in addition to everything else she’s involved with, MJB will be wearing a new hat as TV producer.
Recording artist, Amaziyah, will be hosting his annual Star F.A.M.E festival, which is committed to highlighting artists, poets and actors, this Sunday, July 7th. The event will take place at Foundation HQ in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica, from 10 AM to 8 PM.

56 East Avenue is the hilarious story of life in a ‘tenament yaad,’ it details the chronicles of a landlord trying to collect rent from delinquent tenants while at the same time creating a comfortable living space for the others. Floridians will find out, as after Labor Day Weekend the play packs its bags and moves up to Central Florida for shows in Tampa and Orlando on September 22 and 23 respectively.
