00 kara mjmagLast week dancehall recording artist Karamanti announced that she will be giving away copies of her album, “Hurt People,” over the holiday season. In a message to her followers on social media and subscribers to her mailing list, she wrote the following:

“I am giving away free downloads to my album “Hurt People” this holiday season. The album, which is mainly dancehall and hip-hop deals with issues like Domestic Abuse, Child Abuse, Loneliness, Depression etc.

So if you or someone you know has gone through, or is currently going through any of the aforementioned, simply email info@karamantimusic.com and you will be given a code to download the full album absolutely free.”

The Hip-Hop Nutcracker is a contemporary dance spectacle set to Tchaikovsky’s timeless music. A unique and joyful event, this evening-length production is performed by a supercharged cast of a dozen all-star dancers, a DJ, a violinist, and MC Kurtis Blow, one of hip-hop’s founding fathers, who opens the show with a short set.
