On Saturday, February 15th, hip-hop legend Big Daddy Kane will perform at The Belasco (1050 S. Hill Street) in Los Angeles, California. He will be supported by Beat Junkies.
This event, which is dubbed ‘Decades Collide’, will feature all the biggest urban songs from the 80’s and 90’s. It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM PST.
Afropop recording artist Mr. Eazi has just shared his first single in 2020, “Kpalanga,” along with the official video, which is now on his YouTube channel.
“Kpalanga,” which translates to “go crazy,” finds Mr. Eazi capturing the ebbs and flows of a powerful but strained love affair over producer Killertunes’ multi-layered, afro-trap beat. The track, which is dedicated to servicemen and women around the world, was inspired by the real-life love between Eazi’s military father and civilian mother.

On Saturday, March 21st, legendary recording artist Keith Sweat will headline a concert at the Paramount Theater, located at 2025 Broadway in Oakland, California. He will be supported by two major RnB groups: Next and Blackstreet.

On Tuesday, February 4th, Rapsody’s much anticipated “A Black Woman Created This Tour” will kick off at the Fillmore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It will run for approximately six weeks, wrapping up in Raleigh, North Carolina in mid March.
This tour will take Rapsody and her team across the United States, with three confirmed stops in Canada (Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver).
Veteran hip-hop artist, Talib Kweli, will perform at Islington Assembly Hall, located on Upper Street in Londod, England, tonight, Thursday, January 30th. He will be supported by Big Zuu.
This event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM and there is £26 entrance fee.
On Friday, February 7th, there will be a major concert following the Dallas Mavericks versus Washington Wizards game at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. There will be performances from: former Bad Boys artist Mase, Tylan, A1 Chops, Dru Hill and DJ Quicksilva.
On Saturday, February 22nd there will be a Soul Session with De La Soul, Digable Planets and Camp Lo at the Foxwoods Resort Casino (350 Trolley Line Blvd) in Mashantucket. This event is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM (local time).
