Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic situation, all of Talib Kweli‘s public appearances and performances for the month of March have been postponed indefinitely. His team is working with the promoters to reschedule all dates.

Lauryn Hill‘s show, that was scheduled in Northfield, Cleveland, Ohio, has been pushed back to September 9th. All tickets previously purchased will be honored on the rescheduled date.
Additionally, the show on Saturday in Upper Darby, PA has been canceled due to crowd bans related to the corona virus. The new date will be announced soon.
See below an official statement from Oliver Gilbert, Mayor of the City of Miami Gardens, regarding the 2020 Jazz in the Gardens Festival.
On March 11, 2020, at 10:48 PM, I signed a local state of emergency for the City of Miami Gardens due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
After much consideration and in an abundance of caution, I’ve made the decision to postpone the Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival and its ancillary events. These events include Poetry in the Gardens, Women’s Impact Luncheon, the Official Press Conference, and Opening Night Party that were scheduled for Thursday, March 12 and Friday, March 13, as well as the Music Festival on Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15.
While I know our Residents and patrons of Jazz are disappointed, our decision was made with them in mind.
We will be updating the Jazz in the Gardens website, www.jazzinthegardens.com, with information regarding rescheduling.
The City remains in close contact with state, national, and local health officials to monitor the latest developments on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We ask that Residents and visitors remain alert and continue to take proper preventative actions.

From the 9th to the 30th of May 2020, there will be a free exhibition of 700 seven-inch sleeves at NOW Gallery on Greenwich Peninsula, all created for one of these seven tracks:

Vampire Weekend – Harmony Hall
Each sleeve is a unique interpretation of the accompanying vinyl, lovingly created by one of hundreds of contributing artists. The 700 unique records will be exhibited before being sold on a first come, first served basis on May 31st. However, buyers won’t know who created the artwork or even which song it’s for, until they have parted with their cash.
This year the organizers are supporting Help Refugees, a refugee charity with minimal overheads and maximum impact. On Friday, March 13th, Jill Scott will perform at The Bell Auditorium (712 Telfair Street) in Augusta, Georgia. This is for her ‘Who Is Jill Scott’ 20th anniversary tour, which is currently roaring across the United States.
The show is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM local time.
