Alicia Keys will join CNN Thursday night (April 23rd) for the world premiere of her new song “Good Job,” dedicated to the everyday heroes of the coronavirus pandemic.
She’ll appear during a special live global CNN Town Hall hosted by Anderson Cooper and Dr. Sanjay Gupta, which airs at 8 p.m. ET.
On April 7th, Locksmith uploaded a new video that caught our attention partly because Xzibit is on the track. The song is titled “With God” and it’s a four-way collaboration with Locksmith, Xzibit and Ras Kass doing a verse each, while Brevi does the chorus.

On Friday, April 17th, R&B artist Kelly Rowland shared a new single titled “Coffee,” which was accompanied by some visuals. The release was met by nothing but complimentary reviews from music critics and industry insiders.
“Coffee” is now available on all digital music platforms and the video can be viewed on Rowland‘s YouTube channel.
Bilal‘s concert that was initially scheduled for March 28th in Cincinnati has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 8th.
It will take place at the The Ludlow Garage, located at 342 Ludlow Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. Starting time is 8:30 PM and it will go until 11:30 PM (local time). Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
On April 9th, NPR Music published Black Thought‘s Tiny Desk (Home) Concert and it was met with nothing but positive reviews.
Black Thought – who is one of the founding members of the legendary Roots Crew – used the opportunity to premiere three new songs. In his performance he shows why he is among hip-hop’s elite by displaying immaculate story telling skills, lyrical depth and microphone mastery.
