On Tuesday, September 22nd , Dave Mays – the man behind The Source Magazine and Awards – and Bakari Kitwana – author of the bestselling book The Hip-Hop Generation – will present the first ever Hip-Hop Political Education Summit.

The event, which will stream live on the REVOLT network, will focus on providing life-saving information to the hip-hop community, preparing them for their role in transforming policy and building political power.

Some of the leading names in hip-hop will be on hand, namely: Chuck D, Big Daddy Kane, 9th Wonder, Damon Dash, Bun B, DJ Envy and many more.
