The highly anticipated album, “Man On the Moon III: The Chosen,” by the Cleveland native rapper, Kid Cudi, is now available on all music platforms. The record was officially released on Friday, December 11th via Republic Records – a division of UMG Recordings.

“Man On the Moon III: The Chosen” has eighteen tracks and it features collaborations with Skepta, Pop Smoke, Phoebe Bridgers and Trippie Redd. In an interview, which was centered around the release of this new project, Kid Cudi told Apple Music: “The whole flow of my life is like so in tune with like everything that I want it to be, I’m solid with my baby’s mom. I’m solid with my mom, I’m solid with my sister. I’m solid with my daughter. I’m solid with my nieces. Everything’s in place. And I’m happy, you know?”

With all that is happening in the world right now artists from various musical genres are releasing songs, voicing their opinion about the pandemic and the protocols being implemented by leaders to slow the spread.

Pittsburgh-based MC and activist, Jasiri X, just released what some are calling a very controversial track, titled “Rob Jeff Bezos.” The name clearly speaks to why so many people consider the song to be contentious. It implies that X is advocating for the robbing of American entrepreneur Jeff Bezos – the CEO of Amazon.

Veteran hip-hop lyricist Pharoahe Monch has joined forces with drummer Daru Jones and acclaimed guitarist Marcus Machado to form the group Th1rt3en.

On November 11th they shared the single “Fight,” which is the first song from their upcoming album. The record is 100% authentic hip-hop and it reminds us why we fell inlove with Monch‘s style in the first place. With help from Cypress Hill, he lamented on the ongoing racial tension in America with particular emphasis on the judicial system.

Treach, the lead MC for one of hip-hop’s biggest group, Naughty by Nature, will be celebrating his 50th birthday at Biagio’s Ristorante – located at 299 Paramus Road – in Paramus, New Jersey on Sunday, December 6th.
