The PK Riddims & Friends Concert Series Continues

Son of David will be staging another concert in the PK Riddims & Friends series, on Saturday, June 29th. It will be held at Merrell United Methodist Church – 3900 North State Road 7 – in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, starting at 7 p.m.

Famed Jamaican comedian Oliver Samuels will host, and there will be performances by Lee Priest Johnson, Marcia Young, Kimola, Joan Flemmings, 2ND Chance, and of course PK Riddims Band. Adult tickets are US$50, while children under twelve will be asked to pay US$25. Click here to purchase passes.

Gospel Heritage Worship & Artists Summit

The theme of this year’s Gospel Heritage Worship & Artists Summit is ‘uncharted territory’. From May 16 through 18, Vashawn Mitchell, Dr. Teresa Hairston-Jackson, and the rest of the Gospel Heritage team will empower their colleagues to navigate challenges in ministry and music.

Greater Works!

Greater Works Youth Ministry presents JohnMark Wiggan and Rondell Positive, live from Jamaica, at Mount Zion Church of God 7th Day – 3615 Weston Road – in Toronto, Ontario.

The event, which is being called Greater Works, will take place on Saturday, May 18th, starting at 8:30 p.m. In addition to the aforementioned headliners, there will also be performances by some of Toronto’s emerging gospel artists.

Mercy Chinwo Will Perform In Toronto On May 5th

One of Africa’s most beloved gospel artists, Mercy Chinwo, will be performing at the CAA Centre – 7575 Kennedy Road South – in Brampton, Ontario, Canada on Sunday, May 5th.

Chinwo will be joined by an equally captivating worshipper, Moses Bliss. Tickets for this event – The Worship Xperience – can be purchased online via ticketmaster.

Tamela Mann’s Mother’s Day Weekend Stint

American gospel singer and actress Tamela Mann is confirmed for three back-to-back concerts this Mother’s Day.

On Friday, May 10th, she will perform alongside Fred Hammond, Jason Nelson, and Charles Jenkins at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. That show will be followed by a set at Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena on May 11th with Tye Tribbett, Marvin Sapp, and Jason Nelson.

The final concert will be on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 12th) at the House of Hope in Chicago, Illinois. This is a major event that will also feature Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Deitrick Haddon, and John P. Kee.

All three shows will be hosted by comedian, actor, and producer David Mann, who is also Tamela‘s husband.
