Orville Ovi Sutherland Shares Visuals For His New Single “Serious Time”

At the end of March, Island Worship Productions, the imprint owned by veteran gospel singer Jermaine Edwards, released a new single titled “Serious Time.” The gospel track is performed by Orville Ovi Sutherland with additional vocals by Edwards.

As the name implies, “Serious Time” serves as a reminder of the times we are living in. It talks about how un-Godly we have become as we’ve put our faith in things and people as oppose to in The Most High. Tauren Wells Collaborates With Emily Weisband On New Single “Love 2 Hard”

American Christian pop-rock and R&B artist, Tauren Wells, who is also the worship leader at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, has collaborated with pop artist Emily Weisband on a new record.

Digicel Unplugged Gospel Edition Returns Tomorrow With Rondell Positive, Rhoda Isabella & Others

Throughout the pandemic, as live events were not permitted to go on, Digicel, one of Jamaica’s communications and entertainment provider, started a series called ‘Digicel Unplugged.’ It’s an online concert that was designed to keep us close while social distancing.

Past stagings have featured various established as well as emerging secular and gospel artists. As Jamaica is now entering into the second weekend of lockdown – due to the rapid spread of the virus – they have decided to present another gospel edition.

That being said, tomorrow, Friday, April 2nd, three of Jamaica’s trending gospel artists: Jermaine Edwards, Rondell Positive and Rhoda Isabella will join up and coming performer Sherlon Russell for another episode of Digicel Unplugged (Gospel Edition). The show will begin streaming at 6:00 PM (local time) on all of Digicel’s social media platforms.

Wande, born Yewande Isola, is a Nigerian hip-hop artist that is here to inspire. The Austin, Texas native is Reach Record’s first woman artist in the label’s 16 year legacy.

She’s unique as she’s able to effortlessly float between intense raps and beautiful melodic singing, while maintaining a message that expresses her faith.

“My faith is the core of my music. It’s the reason behind what I do and without it my music wouldn’t be the same.”

Her music has a global impact receiving recognition from the likes of Michelle Obama, placing her in her playlist of women who inspired her podcast. To ESPN featuring her music during the NBA, WNBA, and NFL seasons. As well as USA Today recognizing her as a top six Christian hop-hop artist to know.

When it comes to artists making an impact in the hip-hop scene, Wande is a name to note.

American Christian hip-hop artist and music producer, GAWVI, has released what he calls a passion project. The twelve-track album, dubbed “Noche Juvenil” which is on Reach Records, became available for streams and downloads on March 26th.
