Kirk Franklin, Maverick City & Jonathan McReynolds Announce “Kingdom” Tour

Three of the biggest names in American gospel music will be heading out on the road this summer. Kirk Franklin and Maverick City are collaborating on the Kingdom Tour, which will make stops in approximately 36 cities across North America (Canada and the United States).

It will officially begin on June 1st in Miami, Florida and will run until July 31st; ending in Denver, Colorado. The men will be joined by Jonathan McReynolds (as a special guest) on all shows.

Join The Toronto Mass Choir’s Gospel Celebration On March 26th

The Toronto Mass Choir will do a special performance in celebration of Canadian gospel music on Saturday, March 26th at the Kingdom House Christian Centre (40 Holtby Avenue) in Brampton, Ontario.

The event will also feature local gospel artists Patricia Shirley, Kerroy Williams and Renée Rowe. All performers will be supported by a five-piece band for this live in-person show, that will be simultaneously streamed online in real time.

Chevelle Franklyn Tapped To Perform At T.D. Jakes’ 2022 International Leadership Summit (@chevellfranklyn) 

Chevelle Franklyn continues to make waves on the international scene with her ministry.

With over two decades below her belt as a gospel minster, she’s covered the globe with messages of hope, strength and faith, while simultaneously collaborating with various top-tier gospel artists.

The psalmist’s next appearance will see her sharing the physical stage in Charlotte, North Carolina, with several heavy hitters in both music and movies at the upcoming International Leadership Summit (ILS), hosted by Bishop T.D. Jakes, Senior Pastor of the Potter’s House (TPH).

Called To Lead
Slated for March 31st to April 2ndFranklyn will share the stage with two-time Academy Award-winning actor, director, producer and motivational speaker, Denzel Washington; New York Times bestselling author, Pastor Joel Osteen; Grammy award winning producer Donald Lawrence; serial song collaborator and fellow gospel music minister Israel Houghton, among others.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Franklyn states: “It’s always a joy to be able to lead God’s people in His presence. And to do this here on this platform I honor God with gratitude. We’re getting ready to encourage and inspire the leaders of the world as they get motivated to do the work they’ve been called to do. Now is the time to build.”

No stranger to leadership, Chevelle is accustomed to the title as she steers her ministry’s record label –  N.O.W Records – as well as her own recording studio, Living Stone Studios, which is located in Kingston Jamaica. As a faith-based entrepreneur she has produced several albums under her brand, and has taken time to mentor emerging acts along the way. Chevelle Franklyn, who has garnered the support of Bishop Jakes over the years, recently lead a cross-cultural, virtual worship session at The Potter’s House.

Global Ministry Impact
Bishop T.D. Jakes, named “America’s Best Preacher” by Time Magazine, is very careful when selecting speakers and ministers for the ILS, which is now in its 11th year. Formerly called the International Pastors and Leadership Conference, the event has cultivated aspiring and tenured entrepreneurs, leaders, and influential change agents with invaluable leadership insights from powerful speakers like Tyler Perry.

After publicly adding another alias to her name (Sashamani), dancehall artist turned gospel singer, Sista Sasha, is making it clear that she is a Super Trooper.

This past Saturday she shared the visuals for her latest single with the aforementioned title. On the record Sasha talks about her tenacity and acknowledges that all her accomplishments are as a result of God’s good grace.
