Wayne Stoddart, Marion Hall & Others Confirmed For Righteous Rockers Music Fest

The 2022 Righteous Rockers Music Festival is honoring their mission statement, which is to: “use conscious empowering music in various genres to uplift.” To that end, this year’s lineup will feature gospel artists from differing sub-genres.

Performers include GMP, Steve Stoddart, Aston Barrett Jr., Minister Marion Hall, Deborah Zulu, Monty G, IK Phew and Breanna Jade. The event, scheduled for Sunday, August 7th at Multicultural Family Church – 3805 John Moore Road – in Brandon, Florida, will also double as Wayne Stoddart‘s official album release launch.

Kevin Downswell’s Birthday Boat Ride Set Sail On July 24

Evangelist Kevin Downswell, who hails from the parish of Westmoreland, in Jamaica, will – for the first time – celebrate his birthday with a boat ride in Brooklyn, New York.

On Sunday, July 24, he will be joined by fellow gospel artists Judith Gayle and Prodigal Son, as well as popular radio personalities Bro Gary, DJ Glen and DJ Skirritt, on Liberty Belle at Brooklyn Army Terminal: 140 58th Street. They will set sail at 6pm.

Tye Tribbett’s Album “All Things New” Drops On July 8th (@TyeTribbett)

Tye Tribbett‘s upcoming album, All Things New, will be available on digital music platforms as of Friday, July 8th. The seventeen-track record, which has only one feature: PJ Morton, will also be published on disc for persons preferring physical copies.

To celebrate the project, Tye will be having a Free Release Concert on the same day – July 8th – at Dr Phillips Center for the Performing Arts (445 S. Magnolia Avenue) in Orlando, Florida. Starting time is 7pm.

Celebrate Life With Samuel Medas & Other Inspirational Singers On July 16 In Tdot

On Saturday, July 16, several gospel artists will gather at the Revival Time Tabernacle, located at 4340 Dufferin Street in Toronto, Ontario for a Celebration of Life – Praise and Worship concert.

The lineup includes Samuel Medas, Positive, Dwayne Fyah, Londa Larmond, Marissa Tahal, Dale Brown and True Praise. Tickets are available via eventbrite.

On Saturday, July 16 all roads will lead to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia for the 37th Annual Stellar Awards. This year’s hosts will be multi award-winning independent recording artist Jekalyn Carr, and singer-songwriter, multi award-winning actress and author Kierra Sheard.

The Aretha Franklin Icon Award will be given to Aaron Lindsey, while Ricky Dillard will receive the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award. Click here for a list of the 2022 nominees.

The team at Reach Records just delivered another banger! On new music Friday – June 24th – Tedashii aka T-Dot, Trip Lee and Lecrae‘s collaborative single, Respect My Team, went live on all digital streaming platforms.
