Wande, Reach Records’ first female, has just dropped a new single titled They Didn’t Know II. The hip-hop track is a follow up to her 2016 song with the same name.

Loolla Drops New Single “Messiah” (@myloolla)

Omolola Owoeye, better known as Loolla – a Nigerian Gospel and Christian contemporary songwriter and recording artist – has just shared a new single titled Messiah.

On the worship song, which is being described as simple, intuitive and powerful, Loolla makes it clear that Jesus Christ is her redeemer and coming King.

Voting Now Open For Active Members Of The Stellar Awards (@TheStellars)

The 2022 Stellar Awards will take place in the month of July in Atlanta, Georgia; and the organizers are promising something special for this the 37th staging of the annual event. 

They have introduced two new categories: Praise & Worship Song Of The Year and Rap/Hip-Hop Gospel Song Of The Year. Both sub-genres have gotten increasingly popular and are now at a level that commands formal attention. That said however, the submission period which began on the 1st of February, ended on February 15th. 

The focus is now on the voting segment. SAGMA (Stellar Awards Gospel Music Academy) members are now being invited to cast their vote via the awards’ official website. This opportunity is available from March 21st through April 4th, 2022.

Persons can apply for Stellar Academy membership before March 26th in order to qualify to vote.

Singer-Songwriter LaShun Pace Has Passed Away

Veteran gospel singer-songwriter LaShun Pace died on Monday, March 21, 2022. The Stellar Award winner and evangelist was apparently sick for many years, and eventually passed away of organ failure.

She became known while she was with the sibling singing group The Anointed Pace Sisters. LaShun Pace was 60 years old when she died.

Randy Weston, Yael Hilton & Jabari Johnson Are Risk Takers!

Gospel recording artists Yael Hilton, Jabari Johnson and Randy Weston will be heading out on the road in April for the Risk Takers Tour. So far they have announced eight shows, with the first scheduled for Baton Rouge on the 19th.

Jodian Pantry & Orville Sutherland Will Perform In Mandeville Next Sunday

On Sunday, March 27, Fabian and Shavel Wright will present the 8th volume of ‘You Deserve It Worship Conference.’ It will be held at the First Assembly Of God – 5 Newleigh Road – in Mandeville, Jamaica.

There will be several guest artists; however, the main performers are Jodian Pantry and Orville Sutherland. Starting time is 5pm EST and admission is free.
