Jamaican reggae artist, Damian Marley, arguably the most famous of the Bob Marley children, will perform in Utrecht, Netherlands. He is confirmed for Ronda / TivoliVredenburg on Wednesday, June 14th between the hours of 7PM to 11PM.

Damian Marley’s big break came in 2005 with the song ‘Welcome To Jamrock,’ a reggae / hip-hop crossover track that became somewhat of a street anthem in dancehall sessions worldwide. Since then, he has continuously released hit singles and projects, even collaborating with popular hip-hop artist, Nas.

Karamanti Releases New Video & Gets Ready for Euro/Afro Tour

2016 Karamanti Jamaican dancehall lyricist Karamanti is extremely busy these days. The artist just dropped her new video for the controversial track, “Black Song” and is in high promo gear, while simultaneously prepping for gigs in Europe and Africa.

“Black Song” is the second single from her EP, The Black God, which was released on March 21^st. The video was shot in Kingston, Jamaica. Not wanting to take away from the message of the song, the visuals simply shows Karamanti discussing all the Black related issues outlined on the record. As for the Euro/Afro Tour; Karamanti is set to head out to Europe at the end of June. She will be in France where she will do a small media tour before heading to Togo in West Africa for five shows. The “Bam Bam” Queen, Sister Nancy, will perform at the Brooklyn Bowl (61 Wythe Ave.) on Thursday, May 25th. The event starts at 6pm with additional music by Rice & Peas and Queen Majesty.

It is being hosted by Large up and Blackwell Rum.

Following his hit single, Dancehall Macarena, Jay5-Flow is back at it again with what many are calling another party anthem. His latest release, “Bounce Nonstop,” is already getting steady rotation on several established radio programs out of Jamaica.

The official video for “Bounce Nonstop” was shared on May 2^nd and it clearly captures the essence of the song. Featured in the video are professional female dancers from Peru, Jamaica and the United States of America. The ladies do a series of choreographed routines and freestyles while Jay5-Flow performs.
