Gospel music legend Pastor Shirley Caesar joins forces with her niece, gospel artist Tammy Caesar, for the uplifting new single “Over & Over,” released August 28, 2026, on the Shu-Bel Music label. Caesar previously announced the recording, describing it as a powerful celebration of God’s goodness.

“Over & Over” is a testimony of gratitude, with both women reflecting on the consistency of God’s blessings in their lives. The song’s central message is captured in its memorable hook: “Over and over and over and over and over, He keeps on blessing me,” reinforcing the theme of God’s continued faithfulness.

Produced by David “Dlo” Outing, “Over & Over” features a full musical arrangement with Outing on keyboards, Darrell Freeman on bass guitar, Rick Watford on guitar, strings conducted by Roy Cotton, and horns by Leo Saenz.
