A major benefit concert, titled “Still Here,” is being held to raise funds for those severely affected by Hurricane Melissa. The event’s proceeds will go directly toward aid and recovery efforts for victims of the disaster.
The concert is scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, starting promptly at 7:00 PM. It will be hosted at the V.H. Percy Centre, located at 10-12 Osbourne Road, Kingston 10. Organizers have also noted that immediately following the concert, a Camp Meeting will commence.
The lineup features a variety of notable gospel and Christian artists, including Carey & Sharilyn Sayles, Geovanni Baker, Obanna Praise, Hilkiak Jones, Testify, Keynotes, Anchored, Electi, Kencot Youth Church, Humble, and many more. The event will be emceed by Mical Forsythe.
Attendees are encouraged not only to pay the entrance fee of 1,000 JMD but also to bring donations and a love offering. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Children aged 12 and under will be admitted free of charge.
