The Hamptons Reggae Festival returns in 2025 with a mission to unite communities and celebrate the universal power of music. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, July 13th, at The Clubhouse, located at 174 Daniels Hole Road in East Hampton, New York. Attendees can expect an unforgettable evening of live performances, cultural connection, and outstanding artistry in a vibrant outdoor and indoor setting.
Festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. local time with a series of dynamic outdoor performances. The lineup opens with a set from Skadanks, a progressive roots band originally formed in the 1980s and known for their signature blend of reggae influences and energetic stage presence. The evening continues with a performance by Winston Irie, a respected figure in roots reggae whose authentic sound and heartfelt lyrics have garnered a dedicated following. Also featured on the outdoor stage will be Leon & The Peoples, a nationally acclaimed reggae-soul band fronted by actor and singer-songwriter Leon Robinson. Their unique fusion of reggae rhythms and soulful melodies has made them one of the most sought-after acts in the genre.
Following the outdoor performances, the event will transition indoors to the main stage for the festival’s headlining act. The Grammy-nominated Jamaican band Third World will deliver a highly anticipated set, showcasing their innovative reggae fusion sound. Renowned for incorporating elements of soul, funk, and disco into traditional reggae, Third World has achieved international recognition over their decades-long career and promises a show that will resonate with both longtime fans and newcomers alike. Emerging Jamaican reggae singer Kumar Fyah will appear as Third World‘s special guest.
The 2025 Hamptons Reggae Festival invites music lovers, families, and members of the community to experience a celebration of reggae’s enduring legacy and its power to bring people together.
