Dick Clark Productions and NBC have announced that “2018 Billboard Music Awards” host, Kelly Clarkson, and two-time Billboard Music Award winner, John Legend, will both perform on the three-hour live telecast, airing Sunday, May 20th at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.

The artists will join previously announced performers BTS, Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa and Shawn Mendes on a night filled with music’s biggest names. The show will feature performances from this year’s hottest musical acts, unexpected collaborations and buzzworthy moments that celebrate 60 years of the Billboard Hot 100.

Zally Releases The Official Video For “Pray Fi Dancehall” (@ZallyBuff)

On May 1^st reggae/dancehall artist Zally and his team shared the visuals for his single “Pray Fi Dancehall.” The song, which was initially released on April 6^th on his own Zally Music label, has been getting a lot of mixed reviews from music critics. This is due in part to the lyrical content. On the record, Zally takes the controversial position of supporting the release of several dancehall artists that’s currently incarcerated (Vybz Kartel, Ninja Man and others).

Dick Clark Productions and NBC have announced that music legend, Janet Jackson, will be honored with the prestigious ICON Award at the “2018 Billboard Music Awards,” and will deliver a highly-anticipated performance that will be her first on television in nine years.

Hosted by “The Voice” coach Kelly Clarkson, the “2018 Billboard Music Awards” will broadcast live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.

Denmark based soul singer, Pearl, recently connected with producer, pianist and trumpeter Chaos, and Botswanian DJ/Producer Aimo on a new track titled “Just Like Music.” The song is nothing short of amazing! With approximately five different mix, there is something on this record for everyone, regardless of their musical preference.

For those familiar with house / techno / trance, “Just Like Music” brings its listeners to a time, maybe in the early 90s, when authentic house music dominated the airwaves.

Karamanti Launches Her Own Radio Station

Recently, Karamanti announced that she will be voicing free dubplates for DJs, sound systems and radio programs that have been supporting her music over the years. Since the announcement, she has been bombarded with questions from several selectors wanting information about specific songs. Hence, she compiled as much of her audio content that she was able to find on one platform, a digital radio station.

Karamanti Radio is now live, and can be streamed by anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time. This is the ideal station for fans and supporters, as Karamanti has recorded literally hundreds of songs in her short career. As the CEO/owner of Blakkwuman22 Music, a record label that often collaborates with other artists, Karamanti Radio will also feature songs produced by her label. One of dancehall’s most underrated lyricist, Munga Honorable, just released the visuals for his single “Run.” The song is a collaborative effort between his own label, Hilltop Records and Quality Records. The video was directed by Trapvova and Eastside Films with additional inputs from Munga.
