Fryktion Muzik blazes with soca hits as it delivers new party anthems on its latest compilation The Fete Life Riddim, now available worldwide from all major digital retailers. This collection joins a slew of smash releases from the hit production house, which also sees its entire catalog exclusively distributed by Fox Fuse, under its recently-inked digital distribution deal.

Best known for soca blockbusters “Party Animal” by Problem Childand “A Little Wine” by Patrice Roberts, the Brooklyn, New York-based Fryktion Muzik is helmed by St. Vincent and the Grenadines-born producer Ramón “Fryktion” McDowall. The studio has been churning out soca hits since 2007 and in 2009, Fryktion added to his talents as an artist and has been pushing the Fryktion Muzik sounds globally as a double-threat. Now joining the FOX FUSE roster brings added ammunition to the buzzing imprint. “The worldwide release of my music is actually a dream come true,” states Fryktion.“Who would’ve thought the soca genre would be accepted in so many regions.”

Barbadian hit producer Nelieux teams up with Bajan soca star BoBo for new soca-dance smash “Dun It Up,” available worldwide from all major digital retailers on June 22.

Nelieux, who produced the hit, teams up with Bajan soca sensation BoBo for this up-tempo soca and dance fusion track, which is bound to make its presence known during the current Crop Over season. Nelieux adds to his growing catalog and continues to become a household name with soca fans.

Barbadian production house BASSink Productions presents the Groove Theory Riddim, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on June 16, 2015, with pre-order available now,from Fox Fuse. Composed by producer Dwain “Dwaingerous” Antrobus, the hit compilation was created for the 2015 Crop Over season, Barbados’ annual carnival celebrations, which is currently underway and culminates in early August.

Bunji Garlin & Richie Stephens at ‘Hall of Fame’ video shoot

Trinidad soca artist Bunji Garlin was in Jamaica for four days to shoot the video for his new project ‘Hall Of Fame’ with Jamaica’s Richie Stephens.

The two artists recorded their collaborative club track in late February and are hoping to have the official video for the song ready in early April. The video was shot at multiple locations in Kingston including a scene which was shot during a live performance the two did for the award winning On Stage TV show with Winford Williams. The video will feature several models and the Rifical Team Dancers (RTD) executing the ‘Hall Of Fame’ dance routine.

Bunji who won the Soul Train Award for Best International Performance last year garnered mainstream success with the Major Lazer ‘Differentology’ remix, which hit the Billboard chart. The song was featured on an episode of the prime time TV drama Greys Anatomy and landed him a deal with RCA Records.
